About Me

My Story

I've been programming since I can remember—if it wasn't the video recorder for my mum, it was whatever electronic device I could get my hands on. That curiosity about how things work has never left me.

I studied B.Sc Information Technology at Johannesburg University in South Africa with Computer Science and Informatics as my majors. Life took me on an adventure when I visited my parents in Wollongong, Australia, in 2006 and eventually moved to Brisbane in 2007.

I'm married to a gorgeous girl who stole my heart and I'm the father of two wonderful girls. They keep me grounded and remind me that the best technology is the kind that brings people together.

Technical Journey

Throughout my professional career I've been (un)fortunate enough to code in many languages: VB6, Excel, Microsoft Access, T-SQL, Java, Delphi 7, Turbo C, VB.NET, and C#. While I've explored many tools, my language of choice is still C#.

Beyond the Code

What I love most about this field is how it combines logical thinking with creative problem-solving. Every project is a puzzle waiting to be solved, and every solution opens up new possibilities.
